E – Property Pass Book – One more Step Towards Digital India

After demonetization of Rs.500 & Rs.1000 currencies, as per many of you, there was a hoax that there could be a next move of Modi Government against corruption and black money. People were not ready to believe that there could be an “Operation Real Estate-Black Assets”. With this so called rumor, not only the owners of Real Estate Black Assets, but also the people involved in this business were started to feel panicky and breathless. Just to add a little to it, government has decided to turn that rumor of “Operation Real Estate-Black Assets” into a reality. You will easily be able to listen to the ads regarding the same on FM and Television. So, the next stepping stone could be “E – Property Pass Book – One more Step Towards Digital India”.

E – Property Pass Book (EPPB):

You will not be able to sell or buy any property until you register your properties in the E-Property Pass Book. For this government has prepared teams. These teams will do the survey of your property; on the basis of which you will get an E – Property Pass Book – One more Step Towards Digital India.

How to register your property?

E-Property Pass BookAre you an owner of a property? Yes, then, this is for you: you don’t have to do anything, but co-operate with the surveying teams. There will be specially assigned surveying teams. These teams will do the survey of your property. Then, details of your property will be registered online in E- Property Pass Book. And, finally, you will get an E – Property Pass Book for your property with all your property details.

And, once it is entered in EPPB, your properties will finally be yours. Also, your PAN and AADHAR will be linked with EPPB online, that means, with your property.

And, the estimated date for the completion of this operation is 31/3/2018. This will help India to take one more step towards Digital India. And, at the same time, this is also a step against “Real Estate-Black Assets”.
